Matt Fonteno begins his first season at Chico State University. The last
three years he was at UNLV as an assistant coach. Matt spent last summer as the head coach in the Northwoods League with the
Battle Creek Bombers. In his seven years of coaching college, and summer baseball, Matt has seen 34 of his former players
go on to get drafted or sign with a mojor league baseball team.
Additional Chico State coaches and players will involed in Chico Baseball Instruction as well.
